Neurotechnology has made great strides in the last 20 years. However, we still have a long way to go commercialize many of these technologies as lack unified framework study cyber-neural systems (CNS) that bring hardware, software, and neural system together. Dynamical play key role developing they capture different aspects brain provide insight into their function. Converging evidence suggests fractional-order dynamical are advantageous modeling because compact representation accuracy capturing long-range memory exhibited behavior.
